Wedding Day Management is not a planning package, rather, it’s a support service that includes an initial consultation, some valuable tools, timeline construction, rehearsal coordination and a pair of experienced staff members on your wedding day.

Service Includes:

  • Site visit and walk through of ceremony & reception site
  • One follow-up progress meeting
  • 7 telephone calls ~ within normal business hours
  • Email access
  • Wedding etiquette advisement
  • Basic "Day Of" itinerary for Bride & Groom
  • Final vendor confirmation, 1 week prior to wedding day  
  • Accent Item Collection
    • Unity Candle
    • Programs
    • Guest Book
    • Ring Pillow, Flower Baskets, Aisle Runner
    • Tossing Items
    • Cake Knife & Server            
  • Rehearsal direction, 1 hour                                                                      
  • Ceremony & Reception Supervision                                                      

* Please note: 
In addition to your Wedding Coordinator, (1) one Coordinator's Assistant may be present to ensure the efficient management and execution of your wedding events. Additional staffing is determined by the scope and complexity of the event and will incur applicable fees, if required. 

Each wedding requires individualized levels of planning & management, therefore, an actual fee is determined on an individual wedding basis.
